Suitable for anyone wishing to learn the basics of salsa. No partner or previous experience required. We'll focus on learning basic solo salsa step variations, hip movement and arms styling.

Through focused footwork, body movement, arm styling, turns, and musicality drills, students develop stronger fundamentals while exploring elegant and sensual expression in a supportive, empowering environment.

Salsa Partnerwork is a progressive class designed to help dancers build confidence and connection while dancing with a partner. Students learn essential lead-and-follow techniques, turns, timing, and musicality through fun combinations that develop strong social dancing skills.
No partner is required, as partners rotate throughout class to give everyone the opportunity to practice with different dancers.
Registrations are carefully monitored to maintain a balanced lead-to-follow ratio for the 4-week series, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for all.

What to wear and bring to class?
Wear something comfy that makes you feel great! Just remember that you might end up sweating.
For the ladies, bring dance heels if you’d like (avoid stilettos) or for ladies and gents, wear comfortable shoes, preferably ones with a leather or hard sole for easy movement. Running shoes or trainers are NOT the best for smooth movement on the floor as they are designed to give you grip.
Don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated, and a positive attitude ready to learn and have fun!
Salsa Ladies Styling - What to expect?
The Ladies' Styling Salsa Program is designed to beautify your solo basic salsa dancing skills, focusing specifically on enhancing your style, grace, and confidence on the dance floor.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience in salsa, we have structured the program so you can start from a blank canvas (beginner) or add on to your skills (intermediate).
Do I need to bring a partner?
No. We do not require enrolling with a partner for any of our classes. We try our best to ensure our classes are balanced between leads and follows. Every few minutes, students get to dance with a new partner to ensure all students get to dance with one another.
If you'd like to enrol with your partner and do not wish to rotate partners, please let the next person that you wish to stay with your partner and to bypass you to the next available partner.
