WHAT DO I BRING/WEAR TO CLASS?

Think comfy, cozy, and baby-ready! Here's your little checklist:

Baby carrier - you'll be dancing with your baby, so bring your favourite carrier or wrap
Baby ear protection - music will be gentle, but we always put baby's well-being first
Baby essentials - diapers, snacks, soothers... whatever makes baby happy
Comfy attire for you - think stretchy, breathable, and easy to move in
Your essentials - water, a light snack, and anything else you need to feel great!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

This class is a beautiful way to bond with your baby through the smoothness of bachata music and dance.

Dance to the smooth rhythms of bachata, specially adapted for moms and little ones
Wear your baby while dancing - think gentle steps, cuddles, and maybe even nap time!
Enjoy a slow to medium-paced class that's easy on your body and soothing to baby

DO I NEED TO BRING A PARTNER?

You already have one - the cutest dance partner ever! Your baby will be your plus one, nestled in your carrier while you do the dancing.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ONE OF THE CLASSES?

We totally understand life with a baby is busy especially in the summer! Let us know in advance if you know you'll be missing a class and we'll offer a discounted rate for the remaining ones (the per-class rate will be slightly adjusted to help cover admin costs).

CAN I DROP IN?

This is a registered series so drop ins aren't available.

We want every mom to feel supported by the pace and flow of each class. It's all about building confidence and connection from week to week!

WHAT IS THE WELLNESS PROTOCOL?

If you or your little one are feeling under the weather - fever, cold, or just off - please stay home and rest. Let's keep the whole mama-baby dance crew safe and healthy!
